Who Am I?

Founder of NG.UP!, a company dedicated to the transformation and development of organizations primarily in the automotive and mobility sectors, my approach focuses on creating shared value and developing high-performing teams.
I have solid international experience in General Management, Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, and Distribution Network Development, both with manufacturers (Iveco, General Motors, and Ligier Group) and major distribution groups (PGA Motors and PSA Retail).
My career has been marked by significant and successful transformation projects in the trucking, automotive, quadricycle, and tricycle industries, in both high-growth and restructuring phases, which provides me with a broad understanding and vision of the mobility ecosystem for people and goods.
I am familiar with the matrix organizations of multinationals and comfortable in relationships with investment funds and the leaders of family-owned mid-sized enterprises, including those under LBO. I also engage with entrepreneurs leading startups, facilitating meaningful connections and fostering collaboration.
Throughout my career, I have built a reputation as a charismatic, customer-focused leader, passionate about achieving results and strengthening relationships. My ability to work in French, English, and German allows me to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders in diverse cultural environments.
